Nothing prepared. Three answers make the call faster, and a rough answer to each is enough.
CMS
Which CMS you run. Scala and OnSign / DAMOC are supported today; anything else needs a look at the API documentation.
Scale
Roughly how many screens, and roughly how many venues. A round number is fine.
Owner
Who owns screen uptime internally — the person who finds out a screen is dark, and the person who approves sending an engineer.
