Weekly Network Health Report
See a week of your estate, the way we would report it
Once a week, Nodark writes up what actually happened across your screens. Not a dashboard you have to log into and interpret — a short document that says which screens were dark, what was done about it, and what it cost you. This page shows what is in it. Ask for the sample and we will send it over.
What is in the report
01 Downtime
Which screens were dark, and for how long
Every screen that stopped reporting during the week, with the hours it was down. Not a count of alerts — a count of hours of unsellable inventory.
02 Pattern
Screens that flap, separated from screens that failed
A screen dropping out twice a day all week is a different problem from a screen that went dark once and stayed dark. They are listed apart, because they need different work.
03 Resolution
Which outages cleared without an engineer
The ones that came back after a text or a phone call, and the ones that needed a visit. Around six in ten single-screen outages clear with a router power-cycle.
04 Estate
A venue-by-venue breakdown
Downtime rolled up per site, so the handful of venues generating most of the trouble are visible instead of buried in a flat list of screens.
05 Cost
What it cost in unsellable inventory
Downtime hours set against the callouts raised, at roughly €85 an engineer callout. A screen that comes back the same day is a screen you can still bill.
The sample is built on demonstration data. It is not any real operator’s estate, and no client’s screens, venues or contacts appear in it. Once Nodark is connected to your CMS, the same report is generated from your own week.
Ask for the sample
Tell us where to send it. The sample goes out by hand rather than from a download link, so it is worth saying: it will not land in your inbox in the next thirty seconds. It will land.
Your address is used to send you the report and to reply if you have questions. Nothing else.
Or book a call instead and we will walk you through it live.
